Quartz, Granite and Marble Fireplaces
Gas or wood fireplaces need some type of durable surface surrounding them which tolerates heat.
Although you can place tile as a stone surround, we prefer ours out of a total solid surface. It’s easier to clean, no grout lines, and cost efficient. The choices are limitless!
Quartz
Increasing in popularity over the last decade, Quartz is one of the most durable manmade stones on the market. Many of the colors mimic the look of natural stone without the risk of staining.
Granite
The most durable material on the market. Its popularity is continuously increasing, with its long history of use and increasing color selection. Granite is the number one choice for stone. It is high scratch resistant and high heat resistant.
Marble
The most delicate of all the stones. This stone will stain and chip if not treated properly. But it's known for its elegant timeless look.
